(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus, directing respondents No.1 to 3 to recover the daughter of the petitioner, who is in custody of respondent No.4 - Ginderpal Singh and his family members against whom an FIR No.62 dated 19.04.2024 under Sections 363, 366-A IPC at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka, has been registered.
