(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing notification dated 29.07.2013 (Annexure P-1), issued under Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (for brevity 'the Act') and notification dated 04.02.2014 published in Daily Ajit on 27.05.2014 (Annexure P-6), issued under Section 3(G) of the Act. A further prayer for quashing the order dated 13.11.2014, passed by the Executive Engineer Central Works Division, PWD (B&R), Ferozepur has also been made. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a review application in CWP No. 12094 of 2014, titled as "Ajit Singh and others Vs. Union of India and others", seeking review of the order dated July 10th, 2014, passed by the Division Bench of this Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies available to them in accordance with law.
