Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Sonia Rani and Charanjit Singh in criminal complaint No. COMI/53 dated 23.01.2018, under Sections 323, 307, 506, 342 & 120-B IPC as they have been ordered to be summoned by the learned trial Court, vide order dated 25.07.2018, for the commission of above said offences.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case and their custodial interrogation would not be required as the case is based on private complaint. Notice of motion.
