***** VIKAS BAHL, J (ORAL) This is a civil writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide admission to the son of the petitioner in Class-II at the school of respondent No.4.

Learned State counsel has submitted that as per the reply filed by the State, the son of the petitioner has been admitted in the school of respondent No.4 and thus, the present petition has become infructuous. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner to rebut the said aspect.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
