The petitioner who was arraigned as an accused in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this court under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking directions to official respondents to conclude investigation in the FIR captioned above. 2.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be contented and satisfied if investigation is ordered to be completed within 04 months. 3.
Notice served upon the official respondents through the State counsel. Given the nature of the order that this Court proposes to pass, neither the response of official respondents nor the issuance of notices to the private respondents is required. 3.
State counsel on instructions submits that now the investigation has been transferred to concerned Vigilance Bureau and now they are conducting investigation. She further submits that alteast 09 months time be granted to complete the investigation. 4.
In the entirety of facts and circumstances given above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned investigator to complete investigation before 31.01.2025.
