This is a petition for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in case bearing FIR No.57 dated 04.05.2025 under Sections 61/1/14 of Excise Act registered at Police Station Khemkaran, Taran Tarn.

! The case of the prosecution is that on the basis of secret information, raid was conducted at the house of the petitioner which led to recovery of 30 litres of laahan, however the petitioner could not be arrested at the spot.
