JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is basically aggrieved against the appointment of the private respondents No.5 to 3 on various Class IV posts by respondent No.4-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur. Their appointments have been recorded in DDR No.31 dated 24.08.2018 at Police Line Ferozepur, District Ferozepur, therefore, the present petition has been filed for seeking quashing of the DDR.
The order in pursuance to which they have been appointed has not been placed on record.
At the time of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner realising that in the absence of the orders appointing the private respondents, DDR is not liable to be quashed, therefore, he prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to first obtain the information under the RTI Act and file a fresh one, if so advised.
