(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by an order dated 20.09.2021 (Annexure P-7) by which he has been debarred from participating in any future tender of FCI for a period of three years as well as an order dated 20.09.2021 (Annexure P-8) by which his technical bid has been rejected.

It is apparent from a perusal of the petition that the petitioner has served a legal notice dated 24.09.2021 (Annexure P-9) to the respondentauthorities in respect of the impugned orders dated 20.09.2021 (Annexures P-7 and P-8).

Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 - FCI submits that the legal notice dated 24.09.2021 (Annexure P-9) is under consideration of the respondent-authorities and they shall pass a detailed order thereon expeditiously in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 - FCI, the writ petition stands disposed of.
