Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) The elected Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Sialu, Block Ghanaur, District Patiala is aggrieved against the action of the Appellate Authority/ Director Rural Development and Panchayats whereby while issuing notice of his appeal against suspension order, his application for grant of ad interim injunction has not been considered.

Notice of motion was issued by this Court vide order dated 24.3.2015 for today.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner states that present writ petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
