Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Muktsar Sahib to look into the matter and to do the needful expeditiously on the basis of order dated 12.4.2021 (Annexure P-8) passed by Deputy Commissioner, Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2.

A copy of this order alongwith copy of order dated 12.4.2021 (Annexure P-8) passed by Deputy Commissioner, Sri Muktsar Sahib be sent to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Muktsar Sahib for necessary compliance.
