The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to constitute a Special Investigating Team or depute some senior official or any other independent agency to inquire and investigate into the matter by taking appropriate legal action by way of registration of FIR against respondents No.5 to 8. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy, in accordance with law.
