Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to remove the dumping area from the land of Panchayat lateron came under the Municipal Council, Barnala, which is adjoining to the school and Gurudwara Sahib situated nearby and near to the abadi of the village. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioners have already submitted representation dated 23.04.2018 (Annexure P2) in the matter and the same is still pending with the respondents. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.7-Municipal Council, Barnala to look into the representation dated 23.04.2018 (Annexure P2) and take required action thereon as per law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
