The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.294 dated 09.09.2020 registered under Sections 323, 34, 341, 506 and 509 IPC at Police Station Beri, District Jhajjar. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this he would be satisfied if the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to consider the averments made by the petitioner(s) in the representation dated 19.10.2020 (Annexure P-6) made to the Inspector General of Police, Rohtak Range, Rohtak, before filing of the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.

Learned State counsel has no objection if the above prayer is accepted.
