This Court vide order dated 07.07.2025, had passed the hereinafter extracted order upon the instant petition:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner, by filing the instant petition, prays for issuance of Mandamus upon the respondents to immediately halt the unauthorized construction activities for installation of the high-voltage electricity transmission tower over the petitioner's agricultural land situated at District Palwal, Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without issuing any prior notice or granting any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, determining and disbursing compensation, the private contractor of respondents No.2 and 3, entered the petitioner's land and started installation of highvoltage electricity transmission tower. At this stage, without issuing notice, this Court directs Mr. Bhupender Singh, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, to have apt information from the quarter concerned, as to whether, before raising the high-voltage electricity transmission tower over the petitioner's land, any apt DEEPAK KUMAR 2025.07.10 18:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document P & H High Court, Chandigarh notification has been issued or not.

Today, learned State counsel, after having apt information from the quarter concerned, informed this Court that a detailed notification has been issued by the quarter concerned before installation of the high-voltage electricity transmission tower over the petitioner's agricultural land. 3.

Faced with the above difficulty, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to approach the authority/forum concerned by filing an apt motion, for redressal of his grievance.
