This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect the lives and liberties of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No. 5 to 9 and to take legal action against them as per law. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 19.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, Punjab against private respondents No. 5 to 9 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, Punjab to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 19.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
