The petitioner, who had completed his diploma in 'Bachelor of Pharmacy' from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh, seeks issuance of directions to respondents No.3 to 5 for registering him with respondent No.4 - Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana. 2.

It is contended that although application supported by requisite documents had been submitted to respondent No.4 but no action has been taken thereupon. The petitioner subsequently also submitted representation dated 25.5.2023 (Annexure P-5) but to no avail.

At this stage, Mr. Samarth Sagar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent - State and accepts notice. Mr. Gopal Sharam, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.4 and 5 and accepts notice.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, but without commenting anything as regards the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 - Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana to consider the representation dated 25.5.2023 (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law and to pass an appropriate order at the earliest. 6.

A copy of this order along with copy of representation dated 25.5.2023 (Annexure P-5) be sent to respondent No.4 - Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana, for necessary compliance.
