(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, on the basis of the instructions from Ms. Gurdeep Kaur, Superintendent, Punjab Mandi Board, who is present in the Court, states that the order dated 27/28.08.2018 (Annexure P-7) impugned herein, shall be withdrawn and fresh proceedings would be drawn after notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
