**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing the action of respondent No. 2 vide which petitioner was not declared as eligible candidate as per announcement dated 31.08.20189.

Pursuant to advertisement dated 26.07.2016, the petitioner applied for the post of Assistant Director (Statistics) Group B in Industries & Commerce Department, Haryana. The petitioner was called for written test held on 18.03.2018 and was declared successful as well. However, he was issued rejection letter dated 16.08.2018 as he did not possess the requisite experience. The petitioner was given 10 days time to make representation if any objection against rejection.

The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that he gave his representation dated 24.08.2018 but no action has been taken till date.
