RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 17.08.2022, Annexure P-1, passed by learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana, whereby respondent No.2 has wrongly dismissed the revision petition filed by the petitioner for setting aside the order dated 23.06.2022, Annexure P-4, passed by the Commissioner, Gurugram Division, Gurugram, whereby the Commissioner has dismissed the application for restoration of the revision petition filed by the petitioner before the Commissioner, Gurugram Division, Gurugram. It is further prayed to set aside the orders dated 17.08.2022, 23.06.2022 and 30.09.2021, Annexures P-1, P-4 and P-7, respectively. It is also prayed to stay the operation of impugned orders dated 23.06.2022 and 30.09.2021, Annexures P-4 and P-7 during pendency of the present writ petition.
