JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is serving as a Panchayat Secretary at Rajpura, District Patiala. He seeks quashing of the order dated 29.08.2018 (Annexure P-2), whereby he has been transferred from Rajpura (Patiala) to Garhshankar (Hoshiarpur) fourth time within a year. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
