(Oral) The petitioners have been served with notices like dated 10.02.2016 (P-1) by the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Sohna, District Gurgaon calling upon them to show cause as to why they be not dispossessed from 100 square yards plots which they have illegally occupied even when the Gram Panchayat has allotted those plots to the persons of Backward Class community (Nai).

In our considered view, if the petitioners have any legally vested right to retain possession of the subject-plots, they may submit their replies to the show-cause notices alongwith such proof(s) to the B.D.P.O., Sohana, which may be MOHINDER KUMAR 2016.03.01 14:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
