Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for directing the police officials to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners by the private respondents No.8 to 17. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents police authorities to take legal action against respondents No.8 to 17. Further prayer has been made for directing the official respondents to take immediate action upon the representation dated 01.11.2025 and for directing respondents No.5 to 7 not to put pressure upon the petitioners to compromise the matter with accused persons as the officials are in connivance with the accused persons and concealing the truth. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the redressal of their grievance, petitioners have filed representation dated MAMTA 2026.05.29 19:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP-6486-2026 -201.11.2025 (Annexure P-2) before respondents No.1, 2 and 4 but the same has not been taken into consideration by the said respondents till date.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Tanuj Sharma, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. 5.

After hearing counsel for the parties and perusing the record, respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, Distirct Gurugram is directed to decide the representation dated 01.11.2025 (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioners expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
