The petitioners were unauthorized occupants over the Government land which was eventually allotted to them under the Policy dated 26.09.2007 (P-1). They deposited the allotment price whereupon Conveyance Deeds were executed in their favour. The above-stated Policy was held to be illegal by this Court and the view so taken was affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Pursuant to those decisions, the allotment of the petitioners has been cancelled. Their grievance is that the sale consideration deposited by them has not been refunded to them. [2] It appears that upon cancellation of Conveyance Deeds, the petitioners' claim re: refund of allotment price/sale consideration requires Meenu 2017.11.10 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh consideration by the Competent Authority.
