(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though in the present petition the chargesheet is being challenged but as the petitioner has done no wrong and the allegations alleged against the petitioner are incorrect, the petitioner will prove the same before the inquiry officer by taking all the objections and pleas so as to prove his innocence, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed at this stage with liberty to take all the objections and pleas before the inquiry officer.
