This order shall dispose of two connected petitions i.e. CRMM-32425 of 2025 for grant of bail in FIR No. 144 dated 15.04.2025 under Sections 115, 118(1), 109, 3(5), 351(1) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station City Kharar, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali and CRM-M-32731 of 2025 for PARVINDER SINGH 2025.06.18 15:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-32425 of 2025 and CRM-M-32731 of 2025 grant of anticipatory bail in DDR No. 32 dated 15.04.2025 recorded in FIR No. 144 dated 15.04.2025 under Sections 115, 118(1), 109, 3(5), 351(1) of BNS.

Cross FIRs have been registered by the petitioners as well as the first informant. This Court has been informed that the parties have entered into a settlement. Mukul Bragta has not been named in the FIR. 3.

As per custody certificate filed by the State counsel, Mukul Bragta has suffered incarceration for a period of two months. 4.

The petitioners and first informant go to the same gym and it is alleged that there was some misunderstanding. 5.

Hence both the petitions are allowed.

Mukul Bragta is granted the concession of regular bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the concerned trial court/Duty Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate. Jagjeet Singh is granted the concession of pre-arrest bail in view of the fact that his two co-accused namely Harjot Singh @ Jot and Anmol Sharma have been granted the concession of bail and learned counsel representing the first informant does not dispute the correctness of settlement. Learned counsel representing the complainant in DDR has also not disputed the correctness of settlement. 7.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
