Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Complainant is in writ petition aggrieved against the order dated 23.2.2015(P-1) passed by the Appellate Authority whereby the appeal of Sarpanch against his suspension order dated 1.10.2014 been accepted and he has been reinstated to the office of Sarpanch pending a regular enquiry.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the discretion exercised by the Appellate Authority, however, at the same time deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the authorities concerned to expedite the conclusion of the pending enquiry. Ordered accordingly. Disposed of in the above terms.
