(Oral) The petitioner, on the basis of his own interpretation of Clause-7 of "General Instructions to Applicants" appended with the Car Bazar Policy, apprehends that he might not be treated eligible to participate in the public auction.

As of now, we see no reason or basis for such an apprehension. In case the petitioner's application is rejected, we grant him liberty to approach the appropriate forum. With liberty afore-mentioned, the writ petition stands disposed of.
