JASGURPREET SINGH PURI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent EPFO Authorities to re-consider the case of the petitioners in accordance with law in view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) Nos. 8658-8659 of 2019 on 04.11.2022.

Mr. Rajiv Sharma, learned counsel caused appearance on behalf of EPFO Authorities states that reconsideration process will be completed within a period of four months.
