(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the order dated 02.07.2015 (Annexure P-9), whereby, respondent No.2 has declined the application submitted by the petitioners for Change of Land Use for setting up of Three Star Hotel, over an area measuring 4464.86 sq. meter. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned authorities for modification of the order dated 11.11.2014 (Annexure P-3), whereby, the petitioners were required to furnish the conversion charges amounting to `1,16,08,900/-, which according to the petitioners could not be legally demanded by the respondents.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
