He claims to be owner in possession of a plot wherein he has constructed his residential house and it is stated that in the year 2013 respondent-Gram Panchayat has carved out a public street in the vacant area forming part of the said plot. Therefore, he submits that a mandamus be issued to the respondents not to carve out the said street without adopting legal recourse. It is also stated that the legal notice dated 8.12.2014(P-1) was issued to the respondents seeking similar relief.

After making submissions and having failed to convince the Court, learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 31.03.2015.
