**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Prayer which is being made in the present writ petition is for the release of the gratuity and security amount, which is due to the petitioner after he superannuated after availing extension in service on 04.08.2016.

As per the averments made in the present writ petition, petitioner was an employee of the Sangrur Central Co-operative Bank. From the memo of parties, it is clear that only the officers of the Bank have been impleaded and not the Bank, against whom the grievance has been raised.

Present writ petition is not maintainable as the Bank, against whom the claim has been made for the release of the gratuity and security amount, has not been impleaded as a party and the writ petition suffers NARESH KUMAR 2019.08.20 12:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP-21412-2019 -2from non-joinder of the necessary parties and hence, could not be maintainable and accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by impleading all the necessary parties against whom the grievance is being raised by him in respect of his claim.
