The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.134 dated 29.08.2018 registered under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and Sections 3, 4 and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner herein would contend that in fact, petitioner has complied with the order dated 24.01.2020 passed by this Court and has now been released on interim bail by the Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran vide order dated 28.02.2020. 3.

In view of the fact that petitioner has complied with the order passed by this Court and he has now been released on interim bail by the Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 24.01.2020 is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
