The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court in terms of Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking prayer by way of writ of mandamus for issuance of directions to take action on order dated 24.1.2020 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Director, Rural Development and Panchayat Department, Punjab (respondent no. 2) against respondent no. 5 and to decide the legal notice dated 24.7.2020, Annexure P-6.
