Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing of order dated 03.08.2022 (Annexure P-4) whereby bail of the petitioner was cancelled and non-bailable warrants were issued against him in FIR No. 216 dated 21.10.2021 registered under Sections 21, 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana.

The petitioner has been implicated in the instant case on the basis of disclosure statement of co-accused and was arrested on 30.06.2022. He was granted bail by the Judge, Special Court, Ludhiana, vide order dated 21.07.2022 (Annexure P-3). CRM-M-38942-2022 -203.08.2022 without intimation to the Court, which resulted into cancellation of his bail and forfeiture of bail/surety bonds to the State. No cogent reason has been given by the petitioner for his absence. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within ten days from today and files an application for regular bail, the trial Court will decide the same on the same date when the application is filed.
