(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent no.2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025, Annexure P-3, for his transfer in any Government college within the rural area nearby district Rohtak to complete the mandatory rural area service for higher pay scale.

Learned counsel contends that the petitioner will be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to decide his pending representation, dated 13.10.2025, within a specified period.
