In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice dated 07.04.2026 (Annexure P-1) issued by respondent No.3, wherein, it has been decided by the respondents to premature retire the petitioner from service.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents-State submits that as per Instruction dated 05.02.2019, the petitioner, if aggrieved against the abovesaid notice dated 07.04.2026 (Annexure P-1), has a remedy of filing a representation before the competent authority.

In light of the above statement given by the learned State counsel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a representation before the competent authority. 4.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the RAMANDEEP SINGH 2026.05.29 17:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
