(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that certain factual errors have been crept in the petition due to typographical mistake, more particularly, even the challenge to Annexure P-3 has been wrongly made, whereas, Annexure P-3 is the representation dated 15.09.2015, filed before the respondent authorities.

Accordingly, a prayer has been made seeking withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing better and correct particulars. 3.
