Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of the judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in State of U.P. And others Vs. Shiv Kumar Pathak and others 2017 AIR (SC) 3612 holding that the qualifications prescribed by the National Council for Technical Education are binding on the States, she may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage with liberty to approach the department concerned to grant the relief prayed for.
