ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner assails the correctness of order dated 29.09.2021, passed by the District Development and Panchayat Officer, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, while appointing an Administrator to look after the work of Gram Panchayat, Lakhewali. Ms. Ambika Bedi, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, has submitted that the term of the Administrator has come to an end and the competent authority is yet to take a decision whether the term is required to be extended or not?

The Director, Rural Development and Panchayat, Punjab, is the regulating authority.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to appear before the Director, Rural Development and Panchayat, Punjab, on 15.11.2021, at 10:00 AM. NARESH KUMAR 2021.11.11 16:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
