Mr. Gurinder Singh, Advocate, for respondents No.2 to 5. ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.13 dated 04.02.2020 registered under Sections 307, 460, 324, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Sadar Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is the outcome of the matrimonial dispute between the parties. Now the parties have amicably settled the dispute.

Learned counsel further submits that they have also filed petition for quashing of the FIR in question on the basis of compromise. Petitioners are not involved in any other criminal case. They are ready and willing to join the investigation. Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 5-complainant admits the factum of compromise and submits that they have no objection RAVINDER SINGH 2022.09.

-2CRM-M-39108 of 2022 if the petitioners are granted the relief of anticipatory bail. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the fact that the parties have compromised the matter and the complainant party has no objection in grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, the present petition for anticipatory bail is allowed and in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail subject to furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
