(ORAL) Prayer in this criminal writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of appropriate writ especially in the nature of Mandamus for protection of life and liberty of petitioner, which is in danger at the hands of respondents No.3 and 4, as the petitioner is being called to the police station without any reasonable cause and without following due procedure of law, and is being unnecessarily harassed and tortured by the police and further directions be issued to the respondents No.3 and 4 to comply with the procedure as enshrined in Section 160 of Cr.P.C.
