(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that the case is now fixed for arguments and the matter has not been heard only because the stay order is operating. It is further pointed out that the present revision petition has been filed challenging only the the interim visitation rights. In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Family Court to decide the application under Section 28 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 for modification of order dated 17.08.2017, within a period of two months from the date of passing of this order.
