(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to expeditiously conclude the pending inquiry in a time bound manner, initiated against respondent No.6 pursuant to order dated 06.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Palwal and order dated 09.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad, which have been willfully disobeyed by respondent No.6, resulting in serious delay in administrative accountability and frustration of the statutory process under the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.
