CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant writ petition is for issuance of direction to respondents to issue Sports Gradation Certificate under the old Policy of 1993 for an event played in the year 2015.

It is matter of record that the Haryana Staff Selection Commission caused an advertisement in 2018 for filing up various posts of Group 'D' for various categories including Sports Category. Petitioner is aspirant of the aforementioned job but does not fulfill qualification of Sports Category Certificate as he has not been able to get the Sports Gradation Certificate under the prevailing Policy.

This Court cannot issue direction to the respondents to issue Sports Gradation under old Policy, which is no longer in force and has been repealed with augment of policy dated 25.05.2018 and further amended in November, 2018, thus, intervention of the Court as sought for cannot be granted.

No ground for interference is made out.

Dismissed.
