/1/'2 '..-%&'&).%))- After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to the extent that the petitioner will be satisfied if respondent No.3- Inspector General of Police, Karnal Range, Karnal is directed to look into the representation dated 8.6.2022 (Annexure P-23), made to him by the petitioner in this regard and take appropriate action on the same.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, (3/ 4.*++3*$% accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and states that he has no objection to the limited prayer made by the petitioner. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim raised by the petitioner, the representation dated 8.6.2022 (Annexure P-23) filed by the petitioner, be looked into by respondent No.3, in accordance with law. Disposed of accordingly.
