By filing present petition he had challenged his transfer from Nagar Council,Faridkot to Nagar Council, Kotkapura vide impugned order dated 22.12.2015 (P-1). This Court vide order dated 13.1.2016 had stayed the impugned transfer order.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner is stated to have retired on 30.9.2016.

Dismissed as infructuous.
