Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, Police Commissionerate Civil Lines, Amritsar to look into the matter and to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.252 dated 5.8.2020 registered at Police Station Maqbookpura, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar under Sections 420, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of Information Technology Act, 2000 is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from today.
