JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The three petitioners, namely, Om Parkash, Gurcharan Singh and Ved Parkash have preferred the present petition challenging common order dated 09.11.2015 (P.20) whereby their claim for grant of arrears towards pay of higher post i.e Junior Engineer for the period of additional charge held by them besides their substantive post of Work Munshis, has been declined/kept pending.

At the time of hearing, learned State counsel, on instructions from Sh. Sumeet Jindal, S.D.O, PWD (B&R), Mansa, submits that the pay bills qua arrears claimed have since been sanctioned and sent for clearance with the Finance Department. He further submits that the required payments would very soon be released to the petitioners.

In the wake of aforesaid stand of the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition

CWP No.4065 of 2016 #2# may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly. However, the respondents shall be bound by their aforesaid stand.
