Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 18.08.2022 (P-4), passed by respondent No. 2, whereby order dated 15.07.2022 transferring the petitioner from CHC Nihal Singh Wala (Moga) to Sub Divisional Hospital, Ajnala (Amritsar) against respondent No. 4, was cancelled.

Reply by way of affidavit dated 14.11.2022 of Dr. Ranjit Singh, Director Health and Family Welfare, Punjab on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, has been filed. Same is taken on record and copy thereof supplied to the opposite side. Registry will do the needful. In view of the averments made in the above affidavit, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, does not press the present petition any further.

Disposed off accordingly.
