Accordingly, P-5 and P-6 are taken on record. C.W.P No. 4066 of 2016 Petitioner was engaged as Water Carrier vide order dated 12.04.2001. The period of the petitioner was extended vide order dated 01.03.2002 and the services of the petitioner was terminated on 28.02.2003.

The grievance of the petitioner is that after a few days from the termination of the services of petitioner, the respondent engaged Jagdish on daily wage water carrier in the place of petitioner, which is in GAURAV ARORA 2016.05.06 15:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

C.W.P No. 4066 of 2016 -2violation of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 10474 of 2010, decided on 12.07.2010. Further, the petitioner was working on sanctioned post, as per Anneuxre P-5 and P-6. The present petition is liable to be dismissed, as the petitioner was dismissed from service on 28.02.2003 and he filed legal notice on 19.12.2015 and filed the present writ petition in the year 2016.
